Customer Success Manager

Ensures customers achieve their desired outcomes while using the company’s products or services, fostering long-term relationships and driving retention.

Tasks:

  • Onboard new customers and ensure smooth implementation
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Monitor customer health scores and engagement metrics
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations
  • Gather customer feedback for product improvements
