Job Description

Account Manager

Develops and executes marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Works cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.

Tasks:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Create and manage content for social media, email, and website
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies
  • Support event planning and execution
  • Develop marketing collateral and promotional materials
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights and A/B testing
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
  • Stay updated with marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Project management and organizational abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
