Job Description

Email Marketing Specialist

Develops and executes email marketing campaigns to engage audiences, drive conversions, and nurture leads.

Tasks:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging
  • Create compelling email copy and CTAs
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and design
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions)
  • Manage email automation workflows
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Maintain and grow email subscriber lists
  • Collaborate with design and content teams
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights

Qualifications:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email (preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with marketing automation
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
